Due to increasing demand from commercial property investors, we are seeking a Junior Sales & Leasing Agent to join our team, based out of our Port Melbourne office.

Main responsibilities include:

• Responding to leads generated from promotional activities

• Identifying new listing opportunities

• Negotiating sales and leases

• Managing online property listings

• Working collaboratively within the sales & leasing team

• Completing end-to-end sales & leasing processes

• Building strong client relationships

• Preparing listing campaign proposals

• Managing advertising campaigns

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (essential)

• Bachelor of Property and Real Estate (highly regarded)

• A confident and enthusiastic attitude

• Customer service experience

• High attention to detail

• Ability to work in a close team environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A drivers license & motor vehicle (essential)
