Your Mentor

From day one, you’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor who’ll be with you on your Youthrive journey. They’ll provide monthly clinical supervision to help you build confidence, sharpen your skills, and feel supported in your practice. What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering individualised therapy that makes a real difference in behaviour, wellbeing, and development.

• Conducting assessments (academic, cognitive, autism) and writing meaningful reports.

• Collaborating with families to set goals and adapt interventions that truly fit.

• Working alongside a multidisciplinary team that shares knowledge and celebrates growth.

What You’ll Bring

• A tertiary qualification in Psychology.

• Full registration with AHPRA (Clinical endorsement).

• 2+ years’ experience working with children and young people with complex needs (is desirable).

• A toolkit of evidence-based interventions and a passion for making therapy engaging.

• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently when needed.
