John XXIII College is seeking passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers to join our vibrant learning community. We have two opportunities available for 2027, comprising one permanent position and one temporary 12-month position. These roles offer the opportunity to work alongside committed educators in fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment where every student is encouraged to flourish.

Placing students at the heart of everything we do, the successful candidate will be committed to ‘Cura Personalis’: care for the whole person in support of educational best practice.

Skills & Experience

• Create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment that reflects compassion, respect and restorative pastoral care practices.

• Plan, implement and evaluate engaging teaching and learning programs aligned with the Western Australian Curriculum and responsive to student needs.

• Use assessment, feedback and data-informed practice to monitor student progress and support continuous improvement in learning outcomes.

• Differentiate learning experiences to meet the diverse needs, abilities and interests of students.

• Work professionally, cooperatively and collaboratively as part of a cohesive and dedicated team of educators, contributing positively to the life of the Primary School and broader College community.

Applicants must actively support and promote the ethos of the College and all teachers are required to have, or be prepared to obtain, necessary accreditation through Catholic Education Western Australia. A current Working with Children card/application and current Teacher Registration Board WA must be submitted at the time of application.
