Clinical Specialist - Cardiac Rhythm Management and Electrophysiology

We are looking for a new Team Member who may come from a broad background including:

• Cardiac Physiologist: Electrophysiology or cardiac catheter lab experience. Experience with implantable device clinics, ECGs, Holter monitoring, echocardiography or other cardiac diagnostic tests

OR

• Registered Nurse (cardiac labs, cardiac imaging, cardiac recovery, cardiac rehabilitation, cardiac theatres)

OR

• A recent graduate with nursing, science, sports science or biomed engineering

OR

• Industry Medical Device Experience, ideally in CRM and/Or EP

Your day at BIOTRONIK

 The Clinical Specialist is responsible for providing remote and on-site clinical and technical support for BIOTRONIK CRM and EP products and driving customer satisfaction through service.

Day to day, the role involves:

• Providing technical support in response to field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff

• Assisting with implantations and performing patient follow-ups

• Supporting the Clinical Studies Department in the field

• Coordinating sales activities to support key customers with customer training and education events

• Supporting BIOTRONIK national sales, business development and marketing strategies

Qualification and Experience
