Working Site Foreman – Commercial Shopfitting & Fitouts

Siomin Constructions is a growing commercial fitout and shopfitting company delivering high-quality retail, hospitality, office and commercial projects throughout South East Queensland. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Working Site Foreman to join our team.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can confidently manage site operations, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and will get on the tools to keep projects moving and maintain program requirements.

Salary

• $120,000 – $140,000 + Super

• $60 – $80/hr + GST (ABN arrangement, depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day site operations.

• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site deliveries.

• Ensure all works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and required quality standards.

• Manage site activities in line with the construction program, deadlines and key project milestones.

• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and safety checks, ensuring WHS requirements are maintained.

• Complete daily site reports, inspections and required project documentation.

• Work hands-on alongside the team, including installation and carpentry works when required.

• Liaise effectively with Project Managers, clients, landlords, centre management and consultants.

• Proactively identify and resolve site issues, construction conflicts and trade coordination matters.

• Maintain a clean, organised, safe and professional worksite at all times.

About You

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Foreman within commercial shopfitting, fitouts or construction.

• Strong understanding of commercial fitout and retail construction processes.

• Ability to confidently read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and documentation.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving and site management.

• Strong focus on quality, safety and meeting project deadlines.

• Current Construction White Card.

• Current Australian Driver's Licence.

• Must have own tools.
