The Impact of the Role
This is an opportunity to influence organisational quality well beyond compliance.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening Fair Foundations' quality, safeguarding and risk capability across the organisation. Working closely with leaders across children's services, disability and community programs, you will provide expert guidance that enables teams to confidently navigate changing regulatory requirements while continuously improving service delivery.
Building on strong foundations already established, you'll drive key organisational priorities including the upcoming NDIS registration renewal, ongoing policy and governance improvements, internal quality audits and Board Risk Committee reporting. You'll also play a critical role in developing a proactive quality culture where compliance is embedded into everyday practice rather than viewed as a periodic activity.
This is a highly visible and collaborative position that combines strategic governance with hands-on operational support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing practice and creating lasting organisational improvement.
