We're looking for an experienced Contract Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of key client contracts, build strategic partnerships and drive strong commercial, operational and customer outcomes.

This is a role for someone who wants more than contract administration. You'll have the influence to make decisions, build relationships, improve performance and shape how we deliver for our clients.

The Opportunity

As Contract Manager, you'll be responsible for the commercial and operational performance of a portfolio of key contracts.

You'll work closely with Account Managers, operational leaders and senior stakeholders to ensure we deliver against contractual commitments while identifying opportunities to improve performance, strengthen partnerships and drive growth.

Your role will include:

• Managing key client contracts and strategic relationships

• Driving commercial performance, profitability and contract outcomes

• Leading contract renewals, reviews and negotiations

• Monitoring KPIs, SLAs and contractual compliance

• Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders

• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and growth

• Resolving complex commercial and operational issues

• Coaching and supporting high-performing teams

• Providing commercial insights and recommendations to senior leadership

• Supporting strategic initiatives across the broader business

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a commercially minded leader who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and building strong partnerships.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience in Contract Management, Facilities Management, Operations Management or a similar leadership role

• Strong leadership and people management capability

• Demonstrated experience managing strategic client relationships

• Strong commercial and financial acumen

• Experience managing budgets, profitability and contract performance

• Strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs and contractual compliance

• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• A proactive approach to continuous improvement

Experience in Facilities Management, property services or another service-based industry will be highly regarded.

Exposure to ESG or sustainability initiatives is also advantageous.
