About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Storeman/ Driver to join our team. This role involves general warehouse activities, picking, packing, and occasional delivery driving of chilled dairy products to B2B customers across Melbourne metropolitan using a large, refrigerated van. 

Key Responsibilities

General warehouse activities including:

·        Picking and packing customer orders

·        Loading and unloading refrigerated vehicles

·        Customer service and delivery documentation

·        Maintaining safety, hygiene, and food handling standards

·        And Delivery driving across Melbourne metro

·        Comply with all workplace health and safety requirements.

·        Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely (must be licensed).

·        Follow company procedures, GMP, HACCP, food safety, or quality requirements as applicable.

·        Report hazards, incidents, and near misses.

Skills & Attributes

·        Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

·        Strong customer service and communication skills

·        High attention to detail and accuracy

·        Good numeracy and record-keeping skills

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·        Physically fit and capable of regular heavy lifting

·        Comfortable working in cool rooms and refrigerated environments 

·        Ability to drive safely

Essential Requirements

·        Minimum 1 years experience in similar role

·        Current Australian driver’s license

·        Experience with warehouse duties

·        Clear driving history

·        Police check required (or willingness to obtain)

·        Own reliable transport to and from work
