Disability Support Worker

We are looking for someone reliable, compassionate, and committed professional, preferably with (but not limited to) previous experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum. At Hip Healthy Happy (H.H.H.), we are a growing disability support provider dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of children and young adults across Eastern Melbourne.

We are currently seeking a Disability Support Worker who is looking for a long-term role with growth opportunities. This position offers a meaningful career path in a supportive and values-driven environment.

Job Title: Casual Disability Support Worker

Location: Croydon North, Doncaster area

Pay Rates (Based on Experience & Qualifications):

• Weekday: $45+ per hour

• Saturday: $63+ per hour

• Sunday: $81+ per hour

We need someone available on the following days and times:

• Tuesdays 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM

• Wednesdays 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM

• Fridays 08:30 AM to 6 PM

• Preferably with previous experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum

• Understanding of or openness to learning trauma-informed and person-centred care approaches

• Emotional maturity, adaptability, and professionalism

• Interest in a long-term opportunity with consistent hours and growth potential

You will support clients with a diverse range of abilities and support needs. Your role will primarily involve:

• Assisting with daily living activities

• Supporting social and community participation

• Building independence and practical life skills

To ensure you feel confident and well-prepared, we provide all our staff with ongoing mentorship and support from experienced staff.
