Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time role based in Melbourne or Sydney. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that promote Currie Group’s integrated print solutions and partner brands. Daily activities include developing marketing strategies, managing digital and traditional marketing initiatives, overseeing content creation, and coordinating product launches and events. The Marketing Manager will analyze market trends and campaign performance, manage budgets and timelines, and collaborate with sales, product, and supplier teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning. The role also involves strengthening customer engagement, managing marketing materials, and maintaining Currie Group’s presence across online and offline channels.
QualificationsDemonstrated experience in marketing strategy development, campaign planning, and brand management.Skills in digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, and website content coordination.Experience with content creation and copywriting for marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data, measure campaign performance, and report insights.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Comfort with hybrid working arrangements and the ability to work effectively both on-site and remotely.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in the printing, manufacturing, or technology sectors is highly regarded but not essential.Proficiency with common marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics tools).
