The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our Perth team. As our client portfolio grows across the resources, energy and industrial sectors, this position will help support and expand our engineering and design capabilities. This a great opportunity for a talented and passionate Engineer to be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Our civil and hydrology teams deliver a full suite of civil services including bulk earthworks design, roadwork design, stormwater design, utility services design, traffic engineering, rail and heavy haul rail engineering, and contract management. We specialise in optimising bulk earthworks and provide design, documentation, and construction support services on all aspects of road infrastructure.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and administer construction engineering activities to ensure that project plans are implemented in accordance with designs and specificationsLiaise with clients to confirm scope of work, timing and other critical requirementsInterpret designs for implementation in construction projects, review and make recommendations for improvements, as appropriateCreate schedules, estimates, proposals, budgets, deliverables lists, and other documentation
Here’s what you’ll needA relevant engineering degreeQualified professional Engineer with experience in project engineering rolesPrevious design management and/or construction management experience particularly in the mineral resource or materials handling industriesThe ability to read and interpret specifications, technical drawings, schematics, and any other engineering documentation and/or report
