Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base in the stone surfaces industry, targeting stone fabricators, builders, contractors, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand customer network in assigned territories.
• Achieve sales revenue and activity targets (calls, emails, meetings).
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
• Update and manage product samples, brochures, and displays at showrooms.
• Identify new business opportunities and represent the company at trade shows.
• Track and report sales activities using CRM/ERP systems.
• Participate in showroom rotation (Saturdays 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Requirements:

• College degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience in stone/tile/building materials.
• Existing network within the industry is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM (Salesforce).
• Ability to lift stone samples (approx. 30kg).
• Valid driver’s license.
