About the Opportunity

The Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Advisor ensures supplier and subcontractor compliance with contractual and quality requirements through audits, inspections, and performance reviews. Based in Henderson, WA, this role partners with internal and external stakeholders to drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across ASC's supply chain. Travel, including interstate and overseas, may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier qualification and performance reviews, assessing management systems, compliance, and KPI outcomes.
• Drive resolution of supplier quality issues through effective corrective action planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to strengthen quality, safety, and environmental compliance across the supply chain.
• Monitor supplier performance against contractual requirements, identifying risks and opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Support quality assurance and audit programs by maintaining robust documentation, reporting key findings, and ensuring follow-through on improvement actions.

About you

• Lead Auditor qualified with a technical/engineering qualification or equivalent experience in Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA).
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, supplier auditing, compliance requirements, and ISO standards.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capability, with experience investigating issues and driving corrective actions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and customer service skills, with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance, an Australian Defence Security Clearance and an ability to access protected US defence technology. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearances and approvals.
