Dump Truck Operators

IronMerge is currently seeking experienced Dump Truck Operators for ongoing 2/1 FIFO opportunities across multiple mining operations in Western Australia. These roles are suited to reliable, safety-focused operators with proven open pit production mining experience and confidence operating large haul trucks in busy load and haul environments.
 
The opportunity:
This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work across established WA mining operations, with 2/1 FIFO rosters from Perth available across gold and iron ore projects. You will be operating large production dump trucks as part of high-performing mining teams, supporting safe and efficient load and haul operations.

Equipment experience highly regarded:
Experience operating the following trucks (or equivalent) will be highly regarded;

• CAT 785, 789 & 793
• CAT MT4400 AC Electric Drive Truck
• Komatsu 830E Electric Drive Trucks

What we are looking for

• Previous dump truck operating experience in open pit mining
• Experience operating CAT mechanical drive and/or electric drive haul trucks
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
• Strong safety focus and reliable work history
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a production mining team
• Availability to FIFO from Perth on a 2/1 roster
