We are currently seeking experienced Paint Preppers for our Automotive panel and paint repair shop in West Melbourne. To be successful in this role you will need:

• Previous experience (minimum 3 years) in paint preparation within the collision repair industry.

• Pride in your work & a great eye for detail

• Quality control and safety check experience from preparation to job completion

• Be competent & confident in working unsupervised & in a team environment

• Deliver high-quality prep finish

• Availability to work overtime if required

• Perform general maintenance & cleaning of all tooling & work area

• Have good work ethic and attention to detail

• Be punctual, reliable and a positive team player
