Senior Legal Counsel - Front End Construction

We are now looking to expand our bench with a front-end construction lawyer to support a leading international property and construction group with a strong track record delivering complex urban regeneration, infrastructure, commercial, residential, and social infrastructure projects.
As a front-end construction lawyer, you will need to:Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a range of construction contracts (including D&Cs, contractor agreements, subcontracts and supply agreements, JV agreements and project delivery agreements)Provide legal advice on construction and infrastructure law, including procurement strategy and tender processesSupport project teams during bid and tender phasesAdvise senior stakeholders on commercial and legal risks associated with major projectsCollaborate with external counsel where specialist advice is required
