The position of Business Development / Account Manager at Godden Food Group is a full-time salary position. You will spend the majority of the time on the road in a fully maintained company vehicle or car allowance, solution selling foodservice products into the hospitality & catering industry as a true new business hunter.

• The successful candidate will have the following requirements:

• Self-motivated, result-orientated and passionate 

• Foodservice Professional e.g. barista, cook, restaurant manager or strong food knowledge

• Experience in food sales is an advantage

• A great network of contacts would be an advantage 

• Strong knowledge of food products and their application 

• Ability to solution sell

• High level of presentation and communication skills

• Computer skills (Word, Excel, Email)

• Understand the importance of a safe environment

• Be flexible, adaptable & easy to train

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Reliable & honest

• Great communication skills

• Strong values

• Great attitude
