Recruitment Coordinator (12-month contract), Westpac | Korn Ferry RPO

Join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team supporting one of Australia’s most recognised brands. This is a hands-on coordination role where you’ll keep recruitment moving and deliver a great candidate experience. 

Korn Ferry partners with Westpac as their Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider, supporting permanent and fixed term hiring across specialist and volume roles in Australia.  

Hybrid: Sydney or Melbourne CBD (2 days in office – Wed/Thurs) 

About the role 

• Coordinate interviews across multiple roles and stakeholders 

• Manage onboarding tasks (background checks, documentation) 

• Act as the key contact for candidate queries 

• Partner with hiring managers and TA to keep processes on track 

• Identify opportunities to improve and simplify processes

About you 

You might come from admin, coordination, or customer service. Recruitment experience is a bonus, not essential. We’re looking for someone who: 

• Is highly organised with strong time management 

• Can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment  

• Communicates clearly with strong stakeholder skills 

• Picks up new systems quickly  

• Has strong attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
