Dental Receptionist/ Assistant

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced all-rounder to join our multi-location Dental Practice in the Illawarra. 

This role is a casual position and will offer approximately 2-3 shifts per week, including occasional Saturdays at our various locations.

We are a multi-location practice, we have surgeries in Wollongong, Unanderra and Oak Flats. We value the growth and support of our staff to generate an efficient and friendly team environment.

The role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced dental assistant/receptionist to join our Dental Practice on a causal basis. To join our friendly team, we are looking for someone with:

• Exceptional patient care

• Honest, reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic

• Excellent communication skills

• A positive, can-do attitude

• Confident working in a fast-paced environment

• Chairside assisting, sterilising, setting up surgeries/procedure trays and charting experience

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other team members

• Previous dental reception skills

• Familiar with D4W

Practice Opening Hours

Monday - Friday 8am - 6/6.30pm

Saturdays at Unanderra 8.30 - 5pm

What you'll need to succeed

The successful applicant MUST have Dental Assistant experience, deliver excellent patient care and be a proactive team contributor. Knowledge of D4W is an advantage as well as holding your Certificate III in Dental Assisting.

Be willing to travel to any of our 3 locations, Wollongong, Unanderra and Oak Flats.
