Marketing Manager

We coach business owners who want serious growth. We run the Ignite program for Perth based businesses across professional services, trades, industrial, real estate, healthcare and aviation.

We're a small and focussed team dedicated to building our Ignite community into the best way for our clients to achieve freedom through their business. Whilst our team sits across Perth, Manila and soon South Africa, we're close knit and highly accountable.

We're building a three person marketing pod. This role runs it.

MARKETING MANAGER - DEMAND GENERATION

We're looking for a marketing manager who lives in the numbers and is driven by real results.

Building a strong flow of inbound enquiry and managing a team of 2 marketing specialists to help achieve this.

A typical month:

• Running Meta, Google and LinkedIn campaigns that put Ignite in front of Perth business owners
• Building landing pages and lead magnets, then testing them until they convert
• Running the email programme and nurture sequences that turn a download into a booked call
• Getting the site ranking, and cited in AI answers, for what business owners actually search
• Filling seats at our webinars, social events and learning events
• Asking clients for referrals on a rhythm, and building a strategic referral network
• Chasing case studies, testimonials and Google reviews so referred prospects arrive convinced
• Briefing your two specialists and reviewing their work each week

The role is measured on high intent leads generated.

We're looking for someone who has generated leads before and can show us what they produced, where it came from and what it cost. You'll have built and run your own campaigns and landing pages rather than handing it to an agency. You'll also be comfortable picking up the phone to an accountant or a client to ask for a referral or a testimonial.

You'll be managing a team of 2 marketing specialists and our outsourced partners. We expect world class work and high productivity from all of them.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Five years or more in performance marketing, growth or demand generation
• Hands on with Meta and Google ads, landing pages, email marketing and lead nurturing
• Comfortable in GA4 and Google Tag Manager, and able to tell whether the tracking is right
• Experience managing people and external providers
• Confident on the phone with clients and partners
• Writing that reads like a person wrote it
