The Role

We're looking for a Design & Project Coordinator to manage the successful delivery of signage and visual communication projects from concept to completion. You'll play a key role in coordinating design, prepress, production, suppliers and installers to keep projects on time, on budget and to standard, supported by our Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Create site specifications and design concepts from brief

• Coordinate projects from approved quotation through to installation and completion

• Oversight of prepress and Enfocus, including exceptions and custom workflows

• Support the Project Managers with coordination and customer communication

• Prepare and check production-ready artwork, including design and artwork support where required

• Coordinate suppliers, contractors and installers, ensuring accurate project information is provided

• Maintain accurate project documentation, approvals and reporting

• Identify and escalate WHS risks and ensure compliance with relevant standards

What You Bring

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in signage, graphic design, print, prepress or project coordination

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

• Strong understanding of artwork preparation, signage products and production processes

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask and manage deadlines

• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
