The Opportunity
As a Hotel Services Team Leader, you will ensure quality services are provided within your assigned Residential Care Facility. Your co-ordination & preparation for meal services, presentation, plating and serving of meals ensure our residents have an enjoyable eating experience, while catering to their nutritional and dietary needs. Likewise you will ensure resident's rooms are clean, tidy and hygienically maintained, enabling residents to move around safely and supporting their wellbeing. We currently have a Part Time opportunity available, with shifts starting no earlier than 6:00am and finishing by 7:30pm across a fortnightly roster. 
Responsibilities:

• Leading, coaching and supporting servery & housekeeping staff, including conducting one-to-one and team meetings
• Managing employee performance, attendance and compliance requirements
• Monitoring menus and providing dietary aid for residents
• Providing excellent customer services, including supporting resident escalations and service-related enquiries
• Contributing to service improvements and operational outcomes
   

About You 

Essential Criteria:

• Experience leading or supervising teams within a food service, hospitality or catering environment.
• Strong communication skills and reliability with the ability to motivate, support and develop team members.
• Proven ability to coordinate daily operations and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• A collaborative approach with a can-do attitude and passion for contributing to positive patient and customer experiences.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Driver’s license and reliable transport
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts - early/late shifts & weekend work
• Excellent time management skills
• Right to work in Australia
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment assessment and obtain an NDIS Worker check clearance
