Housekeeping Team Leader

• Started your day walking across our beautiful Stanwell Tops site, preparing accommodation ready for large school groups and guests arriving for camp.
• Led and supported a housekeeping team, training new team members in cleaning procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations explaining not just the "how", but the "why".
• Worked side-by-side with your team to ensure rooms, cabins, and shared spaces were cleaned efficiently and to a high standard, supporting fast turnarounds during busy periods.
• Maintained strong housekeeping standards, ensuring every room was guest ready, with attention to detail in linen presentation, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
• Partnered with the Housekeeping Manager to monitor stock levels, order supplies, and communicate updates to the team to support smooth daily operations.
• Helped plan and prepare the site for conferences and large events, ensuring all facilities were clean, set up, and ready for guest use.
• Took pride in delivering a high quality environment where guests feel comfortable, cared for, and at home.

• Experience in housekeeping within a hotel, resort, or similar setting
• Leadership skills to mentor and support a team
• Basic Microsoft/computer skills for stock ordering and documentation
• A current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
