The Opportunity
Are you a motivated Project Manager looking to broaden your experience and work on projects that make a real impact?
We're seeking a proactive and commercially minded Project Manager to join our Brand Partnerships & Projects team. Reporting to the Head of Brand Performance and Projects, you'll play a key role in delivering national initiatives across operations, engineering, energy and safety.
Working closely with internal teams, field-based technicians and partner stakeholders, you'll manage projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects while continuing to develop your project management career.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
Manage projects from initiation through to completionDevelop project plans, schedules, milestones and delivery frameworksDefine project scope, objectives, roles and responsibilitiesCoordinate resources including labour, materials and external suppliers
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate activities across multiple business unitsWork closely with partner representatives to deliver successful outcomesLead project meetings and facilitate effective communication
Risk & Commercial Management
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategiesSupport tender preparation, submissions and evaluationsManage project budgets and financial performanceMonitor project scope, timelines and deliverables
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Track project progress and provide regular updatesPrepare reports and presentations for key stakeholdersConduct post-implementation reviews and identify improvementsSupport operational initiatives and project opportunities across the business
Experience & Expertise
Essential
Project Management qualification or bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Preferred)Proven project delivery experienceStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience managing multiple priorities and deadlinesIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skillsStrong planning, organisation and problem-solving capabilities
Desirable
Experience within engineering, refrigeration, electrical or mechanical services environmentsExposure to facilities management or service-based operationsExperience with tender processes and commercial project deliveryFamiliarity with project budgeting and financial reporting
