Dicker Access and Surveillance (DAS) 

DAS is Australia's leading distribution destination for security businesses. As the Trade Counter & Warehouse Team Leader, you'll oversee the daily operations of the WA Trade Counter and Warehouse, leading and developing a high-performing team while delivering outstanding customer service. You'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory levels, overseeing the WA inbox and call queues, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

You'll lead recruitment, performance management, coaching, and development within the team, while maintaining strong vendor and product knowledge and ensuring operational excellence across the warehouse and storefront.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous leadership experience in a trade counter, warehouse, retail, or customer service environment.
• Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Can motivate, mentor, and develop team members.
• Has strong operational, inventory, and organisational skills.
• Thrives in a hands-on environment and is willing to support the Trade Counter when needed.
• Demonstrates professionalism, initiative, and a collaborative team-first approach.
