Service Technicians - Mechanical and Gas Fitters

Our product range includes ovens, slices, mixers, steamers, blast chillers, dishwashers, mixers and ice cream and gelato machines! We pride ourselves in developing leading edge equipment and delivering great customer service. 

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical and Gas Fitters to join the Moffat service team as a Service Technicians, and work with a fantastic team of experienced fitters and electricians. The primary purpose of this position is to service and repair our machines and equipment on site for our customers, in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.

This is a hands-on role where you will be on road every day, working on a broad range of our equipment. This is a largely autonomous and flexible role and our head office and warehouse is based in Rydalmere.

• Experience working on electrical and/or gas equipment in a commercial environment, preferably within the hospitality industry

• Relevant mechanical fitter qualifications/licences or

• Relevant Electrical and Gas Qualifications/licences

• Current and valid drivers licence

• Excellent diagnostic & fault-finding skills

• Fantastic mechanical aptitude

• High level of attention to detail

• Great customer service & communication skills

• The ability to work unsupervised

• The ability to be on call and work overtime as required (all overtime is paid)
