What will you be doing?
Reporting into a very experienced and well-respected CPO., with plenty Exec team airtime, you will develop and manage the Reward and Benefits framework to ensure local operations (7,000 staff) of this leading global organisation remain competitive and attractive to current and future trends in the Australian market.
  
With guaranteed variety and challenge, a genuine voice to influence at the global reward leadership table, and autonomy to refine to local needs, this is a great opportunity for any mid-senior career reward practitioner wanting to have real impact.

What background do you have?
With >10 years remuneration experience, you have solid broad base compensation foundations and experience articulating / designing total reward strategies. You have ticked all the reward operations learning milestone boxes along your reward career journey and have deep technical expertise in remuneration and benefit programme design and application.

You have been complemented on your well-developed communication skills, are comfortable influencing and managing relationships at senior leadership level, and your project management skills have been proven time and again.
