Key responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of insured residential properties

• Prepare detailed reports identifying cause, coverage, damage, and recommended repair methodologies

• Review scopes of work and expert reports to ensure timely and cost-effective repair solutions

• Negotiate and agree on scopes of work and associated costs with key stakeholders

• Provide expert advice, service, and guidance to customers throughout the claims process

• Manage end-to-end claims, balancing cost, quality, and service outcomes in collaboration with the Claims Operations Team

About you

• Proven experience in residential building and estimating

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities

• Highly developed organisational skills with strong time-management abilities
