Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative

For 41 years, Statewide Appliance Spares has proudly operated as a family-owned, South Australian business. We're looking for a friendly, motivated person to join our Customer Care team.

No previous appliance spare parts experience? No problem. You won't be thrown in the deep end — our Team Leader will provide dedicated, hands-on training to get you confident and comfortable before you start taking calls solo. We also draw on an extensive database of product and technical information, so you'll always have the answers at your fingertips, plus a genuinely supportive team around you to lean on whenever you need it.

What you'll be doing

• Handling inbound calls from customers and providing accurate information about our appliance spare parts and services

• Assisting customers with product orders, returns, and general inquiries in a courteous and professional manner

• Troubleshooting customer issues and concerns, working to resolve them promptly and professionally

• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on outstanding requests

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Looking for ways to improve customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for process improvement

What we're looking for

• Excellent phone communication skills and written english to produce customer quotes and communicate with customers

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer queries

• A genuine passion for providing great customer service and going the extra mile for our clients

• A willingness to learn our spare parts database and customer service systems (full training provided)

• A team player who is reliable, adaptable, and eager to grow with our company

• Australian permanent residency is required for this role
