About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director Finance & Corporate Services is a key member of the Executive Team and serves as the principal advisor to the CEO and Board Corporate Governance Committee on financial and corporate matters.

You will provide strategic and operational leadership across:

• Finance and Financial Management
• Corporate Governance
• Procurement and Contract Management
• Asset Management
• Facilities and Infrastructure
• Information and Communications Technology (ICT)
• Hotel and Corporate Services
• Capital Planning and Projects

This is a highly influential executive position with responsibility for ensuring strong governance, financial sustainability and organisational performance across the health service.

What You'll Bring

You are a contemporary and strategic leader who can balance big-picture thinking with operational excellence.

We are looking for:

• CPA-qualified finance professional
• Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Proven executive or senior leadership experience
• Strong financial management, reporting and governance expertise
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A passion for improving services for rural communities

Experience within health, aged care or public sector environments will be highly regarded.
