The OpportunityWe’re looking for a hands-on, highly organised Diving Equipment Technician & Asset Systems Coordinator to join our Perth team.
This is not just another workshop or admin role—it's a critical position at the heart of our operations, ensuring our diving and marine equipment is ready, compliant and performing at its best across multiple projects and locations.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our projects moving by combining technical equipment knowledge with strong asset management discipline.
What You’ll Be DoingInspecting, servicing and coordinating maintenance of commercial diving equipment
Managing plant, tools and marine assets across our WA business
Running and maintaining CMG’s asset management and maintenance systems
Tracking equipment movements, servicing schedules and certifications
Supporting mobilisation and demobilisation for major project campaigns
Working closely with dive teams, supervisors and operations leaders
Ensuring compliance with safety, project and regulatory requirements
Maintaining accurate records, registers and technical documentation
You’re someone who takes pride in having everything organised, compliant and ready to go—especially in high-risk, high-performance environments.
You’ll bring:
Experience with commercial diving, marine or industrial equipment (maintenance or management)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence working with asset, maintenance or inventory systems
A proactive, safety-first mindset
The ability to work independently while supporting multi-location teams
Coxswain’s Ticket
Forklift Licence
Experience in marine construction or commercial diving environments
Familiarity with ISO, IMCA or similar standards
Be part of technically challenging, high-impact marine projects
Work with a respected and growing contractor expanding across Australia and the US
