Qualifications & experience

• Experience in specialty coffee.

• Knowledge of various specialty & equipment brewing methods including cold brew and advanced filter techniques.

• Previous experience in or interest in roasting coffee is an advantage.

• Full Australian Work Rights Required.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Open and dial in the coffee station.

• Service of Speciality Coffee to recipe in volume.

• Brew cold brew coffee and batch filters to a recipe.

• Craft and brew cold and batch Chai to a recipe.

• Consult and advise clients on retail coffee and paraphernalia.

• Close and clean the coffee station to requirements.

• Candidates must be available to work most weekends as part of the regular schedule.
