Join Stockland at Halcyon Illyarrie in Sinagra, Perth, where you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the journey to home ownership. We're Looking For…

Customer-focused Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building genuine relationships while supporting customers through an important life decision.

What You'll Do

• Provide a welcoming and professional interface between customers, the sales team, and key stakeholders, ensuring every interaction reflects Stockland's values.
• Support the delivery of a high-performing sales office and digital presence, ensuring projects are presented at their best to maximise enquiry conversion.
• Assist with administrative tasks across the sales journey, from initial enquiry through to settlement, helping achieve sales and settlement targets.
• Manage inventory, stocklists, and CRM systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
• Contribute to customer engagement activities and communication programs that guide customers with confidence through their buying journey.

Experience & Skills That Count

• Experience in a customer-centric sales or service role within property, retail, or financial services.
• Strong administrative capability with attention to detail across systems, processes, and documentation.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM systems, with Salesforce highly regarded.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
