Registered Nurse - Mental Health

Lumia Care is seeking experienced and compassionate Mental Health Registered Nurses to join our casual workforce across North Shore, North Sydney and the Northern Beaches. We partner with leading public and private mental health services who deliver high-quality, recovery-focused care to individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions.

Whether you have experience in acute inpatient units, community mental health, emergency mental health, rehabilitation, or other specialised mental health services, we'd love to hear from you.

About You

You will play an integral role in delivering clinical expertise and therapeutic support to people experiencing mental illness, ranging from anxiety and depression to acute psychosis, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and substance use disorders. You'll conduct mental health and risk assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and respond to crisis situations.

• Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse)

• Minimum 2 years' experience in mental health

• Experience within inpatient, community or acute Mental Health settings

• Strong assessment, communication and risk management skills

• Ability to work confidently within multidisciplinary teams
