Your New Role

As a full time Retail Team Member, you'll be one of the first faces to welcome customers into this exciting space. You'll connect people with products that make a difference, deliver warm, premium service, and help create the frank green buzz. This role isn't just about sales, it's about storytelling, connection, and creating memorable shopping moments. You'll be part of a close knit team that shares your passion for style, design, and sustainability.

Your Day to Day

Create unforgettable experiences for every customer who steps into the storeShare product knowledge and educate customers about sustainable choicesSupport day to day operations, stock management, and visual merchandisingContribute to store events, launches, and activations that make an impactDeliver on sales and service targets while having fun as part of a high energy teamMaintain exceptional presentation and brand standards

What You Need

Previous retail experience, ideally in premium or lifestyle brandsA natural connector with a warm, engaging personalitySales skills with a strong focus on delivering service excellenceTeam spirit and communication skills that light up the floorFlexibility across weekdays, weekends, and busy trade timesA genuine passion for sustainability and beautifully designed productsAbility to work 38 hours per week
