Courier Driver wanted for immediate start

Cool Couriers has been running temperature-controlled deliveries since 2001, servicing businesses and homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and WA. Our reputation is built on three things: in full, on time, and in temperature. We take all three seriously.

We're looking for two Casual Delivery Drivers to join our Queensland fleet out of Helensvale, both with a genuine pathway to full-time.

You'll run a daily route out of our Helensvale office, delivering chilled, frozen and ambient freight to businesses and residential customers. Depending on the run, you'll be in a refrigerated ute, van, or 3-pallet truck — all under 4.5t GVM, so a standard car licence is all you need.

It's an early start, it's physical, and the standard is high — but the runs are consistent and the team is solid.

We're filling two casual roles with different rosters:

• Role 1 — approximately 4 days per week

• Role 2 — approximately 2 days per week

• Delivering and picking up consignments across your allocated run

• Loading and restraining your vehicle each morning

• Maintaining product within its specified temperature range for the full run

• Completing pre-start vehicle safety checks

• Recording deliveries accurately through the Cool Couriers TMS app

• Building and holding strong relationships with regular customers

• Delivering freight damage-free, first time

• Current car (C class) licence and a clean driving record

• Comfortable driving a 3-pallet truck as well as a ute or van — full training provided if you haven't driven one before

• Comfortable with repeated manual handling — cartons up to 20kg, approximately 15-30 drops per day

• Available for early morning starts

• Strong customer service instincts; you're the face of the business at every stop

• Ability to work to a schedule without cutting corners on safety

• Confidence using a smartphone app for daily tasks

Refrigerated freight experience is a plus but not essential — we'll train the right person.

• $34.79 per hour, inclusive of casual loading, paid weekly — every week
