Technical Sales Manager

Become a trusted automation advisor, helping customers solve complex engineering challenges through innovative solutions backed by globally recognised brands including MAC Valves, Parker, Tolomatic, PHD and VMECA. You'll enjoy the autonomy to grow your territory while being supported by a highly experienced technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Build long-term customer partnerships and develop new business opportunities

• Design value-driven automation solutions that improve productivity and reliability

• Deliver sustainable sales growth

• Represent Pneutech with technical credibility through presentations, demonstrations and customer engagement

About you

• Proven success selling industrial automation or engineered solutions

• Consultative selling style with strong commercial acumen

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office

• Curiosity, resilience and a passion for engineering innovation

• Current Australian Driver's Licence

• Access to a motor vehicle

• Australian working rights
