Assistant Manager + Casual Team members

Bundy Surf Outlet is opening a brand-new store in October, offering surf, skate and streetwear clothing and accessories at discounted prices, along with softboards, bodyboards, skateboards and surf accessories for the entire family.

We're looking for experienced and motivated Assistant Manager who would need to be a Keyholder on several shifts during the week and weekends.  We are also looking for some casual team members who will fill the remaining roster. Bundy Surf Outlet will join our established group of stores, including Kawana Surf Outlet (operating on the Sunshine Coast for the past 9 years), Maroochy Surf Outlet, Noosa Surf Outlet, Caloundra Surf Outlet and Hervey Bay Surf Outlet. The Roles

•  Help to lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service

• Assistant Store Manager would need to have experience as a Keyholder in a retail store, have flexible availability including during the week and weekends and would need to work a minimum of 25+ hours a week

• Casual team members need to be able to work in a team environment

• Have a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment

• Be hands on, energetic and vibrant

• An affinity with surfing and the beach lifestyle
