New Graduate OTs

Experienced OTs

For experienced clinicians, we offer the autonomy and flexibility to build a caseload that aligns with your strengths and interests.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Manage a diverse and interesting caseload

• Work across clinic, home, school and community settings

• Develop specialist clinical skills

• Collaborate with a broad multidisciplinary team

• Mentor and support newer clinicians and receive support to develop your leadership skills.

• Contribute to clinical quality and service development

• Shape your career around your professional interests

You'll work with clients across the lifespan, from early intervention through to adulthood, supporting people with disability and developmental needs to participate more fully in everyday life.

Your caseload may include work across:

• Homes

• Schools

• Clinics

• Community settings

You'll work collaboratively with clients, families, support networks and other professionals to identify meaningful goals and develop practical strategies that make a difference in everyday life.

No two days will look exactly the same.

Your role will include:

• Completing occupational therapy assessments (FCA's, DCD, Motor Dysgraphia, Sensory, Visual-Motor)

• Working collaboratively with clients and families to establish meaningful goals

• Developing, implementing and reviewing individualised intervention plans

• Providing therapy across clinic, home, school and community environments

• Collaborating with other health professionals and support networks

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting intervention as required

• Maintaining high-quality clinical documentation

• Keeping up to date with current occupational therapy research and best practice

• Contributing to a positive, collaborative clinical culture

$88,000 – $130,000 FTE package including 12% super, depending on experience and clinical level

• Up to $1,000 professional development budget

• 2 professional development leave days per year

• Ongoing internal training

You'll never be expected to work in isolation.

Our multidisciplinary environment provides regular opportunities to collaborate with clinicians across OT, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Positive Behaviour Support and other allied health disciplines.

Our Balcatta and South Lake clinics offer easy access, free parking and great local amenities.

You'll need:

• A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy

• Current AHPRA registration, or eligibility for registration

• A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle

• A genuine passion for supporting people with disability and developmental needs

• A commitment to client-centred, evidence-informed practice

• A current WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain them

• A current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one

Most importantly, we're looking for OTs who are curious, compassionate, collaborative and committed to achieving meaningful outcomes for their clients.

You don't need to have a particular number of years' experience to be successful at One Central Health.
