You'll work with clients across the lifespan, from early intervention through to adulthood, supporting people with disability and developmental needs to participate more fully in everyday life.
Your caseload may include work across:
Homes
Schools
Clinics
Community settings
You'll work collaboratively with clients, families, support networks and other professionals to identify meaningful goals and develop practical strategies that make a difference in everyday life.
No two days will look exactly the same.
What You'll DoYour role will include:
Completing occupational therapy assessments (FCA's, DCD, Motor Dysgraphia, Sensory, Visual-Motor)
Working collaboratively with clients and families to establish meaningful goals
Developing, implementing and reviewing individualised intervention plans
Providing therapy across clinic, home, school and community environments
Collaborating with other health professionals and support networks
Monitoring client progress and adjusting intervention as required
Maintaining high-quality clinical documentation
Keeping up to date with current occupational therapy research and best practice
Contributing to a positive, collaborative clinical culture
$88,000 – $130,000 FTE package including 12% super, depending on experience and clinical level

Our multidisciplinary environment provides regular opportunities to collaborate with clinicians across OT, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Positive Behaviour Support and other allied health disciplines.

What We're Looking ForYou'll need:
A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration, or eligibility for registration
A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
A genuine passion for supporting people with disability and developmental needs
A commitment to client-centred, evidence-informed practice
A current WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain them
A current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
