Benefits Competitive salary Opportunities for career growth and development Supportive and collaborative work environment Flexible work arrangements Performance-based incentives and recognition programs Task & responsibilities Conduct routine quality and system checks by reviewing IT systems, user access, configurations, records and operational documentation to support compliance with established procedures and standards.   Identify system variations, recurring technical issues and potential IT risks, and report or escalate matters requiring corrective action or further technical intervention.

  Assist with implementing corrective measures and system improvements by troubleshooting recurring incidents, documenting findings and supporting senior technical staff in resolving identified issues.   Liaise with staff and clients to understand technical requirements, provide user support, and promote adherence to IT procedures, security requirements and operational practices.   Troubleshoot, diagnose, test and resolve hardware, software, operating system, email, printer, network and connectivity issues, escalating complex incidents where required.

  Install, configure, maintain and upgrade desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, applications and Microsoft 365 services in accordance with organisational requirements.   Provide technical guidance and basic training to users on application software, system access, workstation use and established IT procedures.   Test system and application functionality following installation, configuration, updates or repairs, identify faults and verify that systems are operating as required.

  Prepare and maintain technical records, incident reports, troubleshooting guides, system information, configuration records and IT asset documentation to support effective service delivery.   Manage user accounts, access permissions and endpoint environments across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Microsoft Intune, including user provisioning, password management, device deployment, software configuration and compliance settings.   Monitor and resolve network and infrastructure issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls and server environments, including routine patching and infrastructure troubleshooting, while escalating complex faults to senior engineers.

Qualification & experience A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in information technology, computer science, information systems, software engineering or a closely related field. A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar position is required. Experience in diagnosing and resolving ICT issues, conducting system testing, managing technical incidents and defects, and preparing technical documentation and procedures.
