pa/executive assistant

Randstad is currently partnering with a large energy company to recruit a motivated and skilled Executive Assistant to join their business for a three month contract. As an Executive Assistant you will provide high level administrative support to directors and act as the first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate must be able to work autonomously and as part of the wider team when required.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Diary and Email Management
• Coordination of team meetings, room bookings and invited
• Minute taking, report and meeting agendas
• Compiling information and preparing reports
• Communication to the Board of Directors and Board Committees. This could include ensuring deadlines are met, compiling, and distributing reports for the Board of Directors and correspondence with the Directors and other stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude and hands on approach to getting work done
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Experience with events, facilities and business administration
• The ability to learn and pick up new skills quickly, adapt and anticipate requirements
• Solid experience of Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
