NDIS Support Coordinator / Employment Coach – Full-Time
Centre of Hope is looking for a reliable, confident and genuinely caring NDIS Support Coordinator / Employment Coach to join our team on a full-time basis.
This role would suit someone who enjoys supporting people with disability, can manage a busy workload, and is looking for a stable, long-term position within the NDIS sector.
Position Details
About the Role
You will work as an NDIS Support Coordinator and Employment Coach, supporting participants to understand and use their NDIS plans, connect with suitable services and work towards their individual goals.
The role will also involve supporting participants with employment-related goals, including building their confidence, exploring employment opportunities, developing work readiness and connecting them with suitable training, services and employment pathways.
Although this is a work-from-home position, it is not a fully remote role. You will be required to travel to meet participants and attend appointments based on your weekly schedule.
You may work with participants who have complex disabilities, psychosocial disabilities, mental health support needs, challenging circumstances or complex service environments. You must be comfortable communicating with participants, families, guardians, providers and allied health professionals.

The successful applicant needs to be resilient, dependable and comfortable managing competing priorities. Full training and handover will be provided, but we need someone who is committed to learning the role, taking responsibility for their work and providing participants with respectful and reliable support.
