Anchorpoint Support Coordination is an NDIS registered, independent support coordination business with a strong person-centred values base. We work alongside people with disability, families, and safeguards to navigate complexity, manage risk, and design supports that genuinely work in real life.
We are seeking experienced Support Coordinators and Specialist Support Coordinators to join our practice as Network Partners.
The roleAs a Network Partner, you work independently in your day-to-day practice while being part of a connected, collaborative team. You retain autonomy over how you work, supported by shared systems, peer connection, and experienced leadership when needed.
Your work may include:
Support Coordination and/or Specialist Support Coordination (Level 2 & 3)
Working with participants with complex needs and high-risk situations
Safeguarding, crisis response, and multi-system navigation
Participants subject to guardianship or administration
Housing and accommodation exploration (SIL, SDA, ILO)
Collaboration with families, providers, NDIA, health and legal systems
Clear, high-quality documentation aligned with NDIS requirements
You will bring:
Demonstrated experience in Support Coordination and/or Specialist Support Coordination
Strong understanding of the NDIS, legislation, and practice expectations
Confidence working with complexity, ambiguity, and ethical decision-making
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong professional boundaries and sound judgement
Ability to work autonomously while valuing teamwork and peer input
Commitment to person-centred, rights-based practice
Relevant qualifications and/or significant sector experience
ABN
Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
Top-of-sector remuneration reflecting experience and responsibility
