Educator - Caloundra

At Our Lady of the Rosary in Caloundra, we are seeking a dedicated casual Educator (Children's Services Employees) to join our supportive team.

We provide before school care, after school care, and vacation care for up to 45 children. Our facility features spacious indoor and outdoor play areas, supported by a wonderful school and community. The children actively participate in designing their activities and programs, fostering a strong sense of belonging and engagement.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, shows initiative, and is happy to support all areas of service delivery. This role is ideal for someone looking to advance their career and step into a Responsible Person (RPIC) role.

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…

• Providing nurturing care for children

  Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines) or working towards
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card) from the Queensland Government
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place framework and National Law/Regulations
• Experience in the education and care of children would be desirable
• Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
• Completed Child Safety Training Certificate
