This long-established Port Road landmark is seeking a full time qualified chef to join our kitchen team.
The hotel boasts;
Large outdoor area
A totally renovated bistro complete with Art Deco indoor/outdoor dining
A Lounge Bar
7-day dining
The hotel is owned in the same interest as the Strathmore Hotel and offers long-term career prospects for the right chef.
The successful candidate must possess the following attributes;
A creative, positive, can-do attitude with a thirst to learn and grow
Have a passion for this industry and a commitment to a successful hospitality career.
Have the ability to produce a high-quality of product and presentation in a very high-paced environment.
Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment with a knowledge of high food safety standards.
Have great communication skills
Have an ability to thrive under pressure.
Be strongly driven for continued learning and self-development.
