The opportunity

Snowy River Traralgon is looking for an excellent communicator that is highly organised and a compassionate professional to join our successful team. In this role, you will be responsible for customer service to our dealers and customers, you will also provide sales and administration support to our show team. You will become a Snowy River Ambassador and be able to answer technical product and pricing queries. This role interacts with the general public where you will be responsible for creating a customer experience that matches our values and quality of product.

Key Accountabilities

Customer Relationship Coordination including liaising with internal and external stakeholders, interactions are by phone, email, and face to faceManaging first impressions and ensuring exceptional customer serviceAssist with end of sale process including queries, colour selection and vehicle handover.Coordination of our Show Team travel and event related tasks including sales and administration supportProactively ensure that all our business and customers’ expectations are consistently exceedManagement of all office duties including invoices, maintaining schedules and stationeryDaily communication with Regent RV Head Office (Melbourne)Stock controlCoordinating pre delivery of all caravans to customers
