About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Coordinator to join our Community Services/Individual Options Team. In this role you will work alongside other Coordinators with the shared purpose of creating the best possible outcome for each person we support.
This role is for a motivated and dedicated individual to lead a team of Support Workers, ensuring the support we provide is tailored to each person’s needs while successfully managing competing priorities. Duties include working closely with individuals with Autism and their families, staff mentoring and supervision, and developing skills and opportunities for participants.
