Transfer Crusher Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Transfer Crusher Operator. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for the coordination of truck fleet unloading at the crusher to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. Operation of the rock breaker and loader to assist in the initial crushing processes.

Working on a 7/7 days & nights rotational roster, this position is available on a residential basis only.

Responsibilities

Duties will entail the following, however not limited to:

Management of the underground trucking fleet to ensure that they are fully utilisedEnsuring truck loads are maximisedRoadwork maintenance and housekeepingCorrectly identify and manage ore and waste Strict compliance with tele-remote proceduresEnsuring tram and loading packages are maintainedMonitoring, reporting, and conducting thorough equipment prestart and shutdown inspections

Qualifications

About You:

To be successful, you will bring the following skills, experience and personal attributes:

Previous underground mining experience driving a loader (essential).Tele-remote experience.Current driver’s licence and the ability to safely drive through tight tunnels.Efficient bucket control and loading skills.Driving to ground conditions and observing, reporting hazards.Good communication skills and team orientated.A strong commitment to safety and adherence to mining protocols.Organisational skills with the ability to set and meet daily targets.
