Experienced Graduate / Registered Architect

About the role

MYMYMY Architecture is seeking a design driven Experienced Graduate or Architect with 4+ years' experience to join our growing team. The role is ideal for someone with a passion for architecture and construction. You will work on designs at all project stages – from concept design through to construction documentation and shop drawings – developing innovative design outcomes and producing high quality projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects liaising directly with clients and consultants from concept to completion.

• Prepare and review detailed plans, drawings, schedules and specifications.

• Ensure compliance with local planning controls, building codes and industry standards.

• Mentor and support the professional growth of less experienced staff.

Ready for immediate start, but open to all high-quality candidates. Salary is dependent on experience.

About you

• Minimum 4+ years of post-graduate professional experience leading architecture projects (from concept design to delivery).

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

• A strong knowledge of the construction process.

• Brings a good work ethic, with friendly and collaborative approach.

• Highly effective communication skills – design, graphical, verbal and written.

• Rigorous attention to detail.

• Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to balance priorities across multiple projects.

• Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, have full working rights, or permanent residency.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (advantageous, but not essential).

• Interior design experience (advantageous, but not essential).
