Multi-Skilled Operator – 7/7 Roster - Broadmeadow Mine (DIDO)

The Role

CPH Mining & Civil are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join our team at BMA’s Broadmeadow Mine, supporting a varied scope of surface mine services, rehabilitation and civil earthworks.

We’re looking for capable operators with demonstrated experience across at least 2–3 of the following skillsets:

• Wheeled Loader

• Excavator

• Grader

• Watercart

• Moxy / Articulated Haul Truck

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your competencies and site authorisations, duties may include:

• Excavation, trenching, drainage and sump de-silting

• Road maintenance, grading and haul-road repairs

• Loader operations, material handling and stockpile management

• Watercart operations and dust suppression

• Moxy operations and material movement

• Rehabilitation, topsoil reclamation and bund construction

• Stormwater, catch-drain and culvert maintenance

• General civil earthworks and site clean-up

• Equipment mobilisation, demobilisation and operational support

• Working in accordance with BMA’s SHMS, environmental requirements and CPH procedures

 Requirements:

• Current QLD Health Assessment (Coal Board Medical)

• Australian Driver’s Licence

• Statement of Attainment for Standard 11

• BMA Core Inducted

• Demonstrated prior experience (mine site transcript history showing pass-outs)

• Relevant RII Statement of Attainments
